    Good

The location was excellent. It's right in the middle of where you want to be.

The bed was flimsy. You felt any move your partner made

    Very good

Location, location, location. The staff and management are very professional and most accommodating. The room was larger then most for it's price range and the bed and linens top draw. Fresh towels every day. Excellent and secure Wi-Fi reception in the room extending to the outdoor cafe. The price range better than most for class of accommodations.

Carpet in room very dusty and washroom floors not washed (get rid of the floor mat). Room had poor ventilation, it smelt slightly musty.

    Good

The management staff bends over backwards to ensure that you have everything you need. The room was rather depressing, with a window that opened up into a courtyard filled with some trash. The bathroom was tiny tiny and showering became an option versus a requirement. The rate is quite good, so I guess, the accomodations are appropriate for this price point.

The location. Near Ben Yehuda and only 10 min to the Old City, Jaffa Gate. The staff is helpfull.

The hotel is a bit run down. The room was very dusty. At night the noise is awful, if you have a room on the street side. You can hear what the people in the other room say. Doors slamming. Take some earplugs with you!

    Exceptional

Helpful staff, the best location in the center of town. Very clean, very charming. Loved the balcomy overlooking the people walking by. Loved the convenience of having local stores open late. Amazing bakery downstairs for breakfast. This place was perfect.

    Superb

Cozy, adequate, great location, daily voucher for food that can be used at a coffee shop next door to the hotel

    Fabulous

Very nice and pleasant hotel staff. The small room came as advertised, small but good for a single traveller. 20 minute walk to the Old City, and very close to restaurants and shopping.

    Superb

Perfect location, located just few steps from Ben Yehuda Street. Everything was good, the room was clean and had enough space, the air con was working very well. The girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful!!!

The walls weren't good enough to block the sound. I could hear noises and voices from the other room, but nothing that disturbed too much.

Moran, who is either the owner or manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She personally walked me around the corner from the hotel to show me where the taxi stand was.

    Exceptional

It is in the very heart of Jerusalem—an $80-a-night gem. My room was small but I was on my own and found it entirely sufficient. It was also quiet and clean. The bathroom was very small and had discount bath soap. Invest in travel-size items if you are picky. Daniela, who manages the front desk, gave me two vouchers for the bakery next door. Both mornings, I redeemed the voucher for a huge sandwich stuffed with egg, tuna, salad and Israeli spices and a cup of coffee. Daniela allowed me to keep my luggage in the office after departure time so I could walk around the city unencumbered with my brother. She is very warm and welcoming and even gave me specific directions on the best way to get to Tel Aviv from Jerusalem.

the stuff is very nice and the location is exerlent!

the price could be lower as the room is really tiny...

    Fabulous

I loved the location and the price. The staff was wonderful and the room was simple, but clean & there was a small balcony that looked out on the pedestrian mall. It was only a few steps from a major street, so I didn't have to carry my luggage far when the taxi dropped me off.

Although the room was clean the bathroom smelled very mildewy and needed the grout replaced or cleaned with clorox. That was the only thing that I found to not be perfect for the price!

    Exceptional

I can't say enough good things about La Perle hotel. One of my all time best experiences. Daniela and Leon went well beyond their obligations in terms of service. The hotel location is excellent, close to both the Old City and all of the best shopping in the West Jerusalem. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and friendly. This is the kind of place you don't want to leave. I'll definitely be back.

    Very good

It is a basic place, well located, harder to find though as it is in an pedestrian zone

You have to call a local cell phone number to get a person to come to open the reception. While waiting, a couple came in who had akey to one of the rooms and let me in. I was then waiting inside the reception room where suitcases are "stored" openly. Security is a question from within. Also the room I had, the cheapest, had a window to the staircase to the next floor. So, no chance to leave the window open. The tv system is complicated. They have an elobarate step by step advisory, however, could not get it work. Since there is no one at the reception at night, I did not bother to call to get someone to come. I also had a rental car and the recommended cheapest secure parking was quite a distance. All in all this particular hotel is not a place I would like to return to.

Very Nice and Clean low cost Boutique hotel in an excellent location in the middle of Jerusalem Israel.

The lobby needs to sell items: Bottled water, soda, snacks & toiletries should be for sale and available in the lobby. Need to install phones in each room with contact to the lobby reception. There is no elevator and it would be nice to be able to call down to the lobby.I didn't mind walking down the stairs but it would hav ebeen nice to have a phone in the room.
